DSH is excited to host the two founders, Preston Bates (a Draper University Alumn), and Isabella Bates, at our Austin location. “From working with US Senators and Congressman to billionaires and academics to world-famous entrepreneurs, Preston has been in the direct response marketing industry since cutting his teeth in politics in 2005, more than fifteen years ago and amassing a 95% win rate across hundreds of campaigns, mailing millions of pieces of direct mail, running ads on tv, cable, YouTube, and appearing in every major publication (including the front page of the New York Times)” and Isabella has spent a majority of her adult life “helping entrepreneurs and business owners tell stories that sell and do marketing that generates results so they grow their businesses with speed and ease.” We can’t wait to see who they continue to inspire and help in the entrepreneur community!
It is important to appreciate and celebrate our fellow entrepreneurs and what they are accomplishing. By sharing their hard work and a little bit of their story, we hope it will encourage you to do the same. We are so thankful to work in an environment that creates opportunities for not only hard work, but relationship building as well. It’s extremely rewarding learning about other companies that are working to help the future of entrepreneurs in Austin and how they are inspiring others.
Draper Startup House’s mission is to provide every entrepreneur in the world the same access to tools and resources that historically have primarily only been in Silicon Valley. We invest up to $100k in the earliest stage startups. We look for: Exceptional People, Extraordinary & out of the box ideas. We pride ourselves on bringing the resources and tools of Silicon Valley to the rest of the world. Our 2022 Accelerator Cohorts will be in Austin, TX.
